Very nice video.
Funny but incorrect. Gaya is just an equilibrium the earth happened to drop in. If it werent reasonably stable, it wouldnt stay that way for very long, would it?
Of course we need to worry about the environment, but that is not the same as believing that the earth is organism-like.
It's unfortunate that obviously zero forthought went into the phrasing or logic of the thing.
Humans are "parasites" while all other living things obviously NEVER would harm one another. Right.

Other animals just do not have the ability to severely outcompete other species currently, if they did, they would have and the other species would be extinct.
We have introduced animals to new places and they have outcompeted other creatures.
