The problem is that this thing is illegal in the first place.
How in earth can it be illegal when adults pay each other to have sex?
If anyone does not want to have them fscking on the streets in cars, give them a chance to do it somewhere inside.
They are poisoning their neighbourhood themselves.
If prostitution was okay and not an office then Bates would not be able to do what he is doing. Therefore till the law is fixed bates will continue to do what he is doing and is right in doing what he is doing.
